📜 Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older. By using gorz.app, the GORZ Telegram bot or the GORZ API, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use GORZ.

You're responsible for following the laws where you live. Don't use GORZ where crypto trading is not allowed for you.

Safety grades, risk flags, case files, the Rug Morgue, trends and everything else on GORZ are automated observations of public blockchain data. They can be wrong, late or incomplete. A "safer" grade does not mean a coin is safe, and a flag does not prove anyone did anything wrong.

Nothing on GORZ is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are extremely risky and most go to zero. Only trade what you can afford to lose completely.

GORZ never holds your money. Real trades, limit orders, purchases and launches are transactions you sign in your own wallet (Phantom, another wallet, or the GORZ wallet provided by Privy). Once a transaction is on the blockchain it can't be reversed by us.

• Check every transaction before you approve it. Prices move, and trades can fail or fill worse than expected.
• The GORZ wallet is run by Privy, which holds its keys under Privy's own terms. Quick-buy can sign your trades without a separate confirm screen, so only turn it on if you want that.
• Limit, stop-loss and take-profit orders are placed with Jupiter. Your funds for them sit in your Jupiter order vault until the order fills or you cancel it.

• Real trades: a 0.5% GORZ service fee, shown before you approve.
• Limit / stop-loss / take-profit orders: 0.5% (at least 0.0005 SOL), paid when you place the order.
• Launchpad: no GORZ fee to launch. For coins launched with the GORZ Meteora launcher, GORZ receives part of the trading fees and part of the locked liquidity after graduation, as shown on the fees page before you launch. Network and venue fees are separate.
• Trader card looks: 0.01–0.05 SOL each. They're cosmetic only.
• Paper refills: 0.05 SOL buys 10 virtual paper SOL.
• API plans: paid in SOL or USDC, each payment covers 30 days. Nothing renews automatically: to keep a plan, you pay again yourself.
• Donations are gifts and don't buy anything.

Because payments are blockchain transactions, they are final and not refundable, unless something we sold you didn't work and we fix it or make it right. Fees may change; the current fee is always shown before you pay.

Paper SOL, XP, ranks, intel and trophies are virtual and have no cash value. They can't be withdrawn, sold or exchanged. Leaderboards, seasons and game rules can change or reset.

Player names must not impersonate someone else or be offensive. We can rename, hide or remove players who cheat, abuse bugs or harass others.

Referrers earn 30% of the GORZ fees paid by wallets they refer, for 12 months. Rewards become claimable after 7 days, the minimum claim is 0.05 SOL, and claims are paid by hand. Self-referrals, linked wallets and fake activity don't count, and we can freeze rewards that come from abuse. The program can change or end; earned, valid rewards will still be paid.

If you launch a coin through GORZ, you are its creator. You're responsible for its name, image, links and description, and for what you tell people about it. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use, and don't impersonate other projects or people.

Token images and details are stored on public IPFS and on the blockchain, which means they're permanent and public. GORZ can hide a coin from its own pages, but it can't delete anything from the blockchain or IPFS.

GORZ has no token of its own. A coin launched on GORZ is not endorsed by GORZ.

API keys are for you or your app; don't share or resell them. Respect the daily limits of your plan. We can suspend keys that are abused. API data comes with the same "not financial advice" terms as the site.

• Attack, overload, scrape at high volume or try to break into GORZ.
• Use GORZ to scam, launder money or deceive people.
• Upload anything illegal, hateful or that infringes someone's rights.
• Pretend to be GORZ or say GORZ endorses something it doesn't.

If something on GORZ uses your work without permission, contact us through a DM to @gorzapp on X or a message in the GORZ Telegram group with what it is, where it appears, and proof that it's yours. We'll remove it from GORZ's pages if the claim is valid.

GORZ is provided "as is". It can go down, have bugs, show wrong data or change features at any time, and third parties it relies on (blockchains, wallets, Jupiter, Privy, data providers) can fail. To the fullest extent the law allows, GORZ is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, failed transactions, or losses caused by coins, wallets or third-party services.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using GORZ after a change means you accept it.
